Visual Tour: Processing Reports

The third step in using Professional Numerologist is to select which reports to process and where to send them: display, printer or to individual files. When displaying reports, more than one report can be viewed at the same time, making it easy to compare different people or different reports and/or charts for the same person. By selecting Arrange Horizontally or Arrange Vertically from the Window menu, you can choose how the reports are oriented. Similarly, multiple reports and charts can be sent to the printer or to individual files, all at the same time.

Click on Display All in the
File menu to bring up the
Select Reports To Display dialog box.

With the Select Reports To Display dialog box, you can Select All Reports
or just the ones you want to display to the screen.

in the Toolbar to cycle through all the displayed reports, one at a time.

With the Window menu, you can select which reports to see
and how to arrange them on the screen.

Up to four reports can be displayed side by side, making it easy to
compare reports and charts for the same person or for different people.
